pilates is more than just the reformer

At Pilates Wellness Centre, our classes utilise the whole suite, including Wunda Chairs, Towers & reformers. Private clients, delve into work on the Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Spine correctors.

With over 45 group classes per week, Pilates is now accessible to everyone. Our classes are small, with a maximum of 5 clients, ensuring your instructor's personal guidance and maximising the benefits of your workout.

ORIENTATION

Clients new to Reformer Pilates benefit from participating in our Orientation classes, which are run throughout the week or in 1:1 sessions. The class is limited to 4, ensuring a personalised approach that takes you through the principles of Pilates, the operation of our BASI systems & general studio etiquette. On completion of your first orientation/workout, you’ll feel more confident entering the Group Beginner classes & Group Reformer classes.

Note: This class is not on our timetable and typically organised at a convenient time for both client & studio.
